Terms Of Service

By purchasing a commission, you confirm your full agreement with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.I. General Terms and Artist-Client Communication1.1 English is not my native language. All official communication regarding commissions must be conducted in clear and specific English.
1.2 I reserve the right to decline any commission request. Rude or aggressive behaviour won't be tolerated.
1.3 I draw in my own art style, but it’s flexible and unstable. Be ready for minor changes in art style while commissioning me.
1.4 (NEW!) If the customer doesn't respond within 2 weeks after work started and payment is made, I have the right to stop the commission without a refund and deleted from the queue. If the customer doesn't respond within two weeks before work is started and payment is made, they are deleted from the queue.II. Payment2.1 Payment is accepted via PayPal or Monobank. The customer covers taxes incurred during the payment.
2.2 Full payment is made after the sketch is approved. Only then do I finish the work.2.3 No refunds will be issued once work has begun. But if I have to cancel the commission due to personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.III. Commission Process, Revisions, and Delivery3.1 Visual references of characters are mandatory. References for posture and facial expressions are preferable.3.2 Completion typically takes from 1 to 6 weeks. I will inform you as fast as possible if a delay occurs.3.3 If you need artwork by a specific date, you must inform me before payment.3.4 I will send a sketch for approval. This is the time to ask for major changes. Once the sketch is approved and I start working on line art and colouring, only minor colour corrections can be made. Major changes requested after the sketch phase will incur an extra fee.3.5 I will send you the final image as a file in Discord or Telegram, or through Google Drive / your email for higher resolution.IV. Copyright & Usage Policy4.1 As the artist, I retain all copyright to the artwork. I reserve the right to use the image for self-promotion (social media, portfolio, etc.).4.2 You can use the received art by: posting the image on social media with credits, use as a PFP, wallpapers, banners or other kinds of personal display. Making physical prints for personal use only. You CANNOT sell the image or use it in any form of merchandise.4.3 If you do not want the artwork posted publicly, inform me beforehand.V. Content GuidelinesI WILL Draw: SFW and mild suggestive content (e.g., implied nudity, swimsuits, some fetishes); Dragons; Fan art & OCs; Anthro / Furry / FeralI WILL NOT Draw: Humanoids (Humans, Elves, etc.); NSFW and some hard fetish art; Complex Mecha/Robots; Detailed backgrounds; Hateful or offensive imageryNote: Please ask if you are unsure
